Associate Dean of Students & Director of Care and Support
Kelly Rubin serves as the Associate Dean of Students in the Office of the Dean of Students. In this role, she oversees areas of care & support, including working with a team in response to 974-HELP distress student protocol, chairing the Bias Education Response Team, and working with campus partners to support student success. She earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University and a B.S. in Sociology from Southeast Missouri State University. She is passionate about engaging the community in conversation to help break the stigma surrounding help-seeking behaviors and ensuring all students have access to support resources on campus. Kelly’s professional interests include mental health, suicide prevention, and other student support services. For fun, she likes to travel and participate in Tough Mudder events with her friends.
